Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring that all doors and windows are secure
• Conduct thorough security inspections of vehicles and personnel
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Report suspicious activities or potential threats to designated authorities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain detailed logs of all security-related activities
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management as required
• Provide customer service and support to visitors and staff
• Work closely with local law enforcement agencies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience as a security officer in a similar environment
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to remain alert and vigilant for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid CSCS Card (preferably)
• First Aid Certificate (preferably)
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass security checks
