Full time Security Officer in Staffin

Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Staffin, Isle of Skye. The successful candidate will be an experienced security professional with a strong ability to maintain vigilance, enforce regulations, and protect personnel and property.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect security breaches
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control, vehicle checks, and incident reporting
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including emergencies and alarms
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, door locks, and alarms
• Screen visitors, verify identities, and grant access as authorized
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and any incidents to management
• Assist with crowd control and provide guidance to visitors
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Officer for a minimum of 2 years
• Certified in first aid and CPR
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for observation
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
