Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Stockport. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including building entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Conduct security checks and inspections to identify potential threats or hazards.
- Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly and effectively.
- Escort visitors and employees as necessary.
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of security best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- SIA-approved Security Guard License (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role.
- Excellent physical condition and awareness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology.
