Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Stockport, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the building and its perimeter
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
Maintain a comprehensive incident log and report security breaches
Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarms
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Intervene in potential conflicts or suspicious activities
Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors as needed

Qualifications:

SIA-accredited Security Officer license (minimum Level 2)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in operating security equipment and software
First aid and emergency response training (preferred)
