Full time Security Officer in Stoke-on-trent

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Patrol assigned areas to detect potential threats and security breaches
• Monitor security cameras and respond to any incidents or emergencies
• Control access to restricted areas and manage visitor entry
• Conduct security inspections and identify vulnerabilities
• Maintain records of all security-related incidents and activities
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries

Qualifications

• SIA-licensed with a minimum of three years of experience in a security role
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong physical presence and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Valid UK driver's license
