Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Sutton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarms
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Inspect and maintain security equipment and systems
- Report any security breaches or concerns to management
- Assist with crowd control and traffic management
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
- Complete incident reports and other necessary documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
- Previous experience as a security officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security technologies
- First aid and CPR certification a plus
