Description Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises and its occupants, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols of the premises
- Controlling access and screening individuals entering the facility
- Detecting and reporting suspicious activities or potential hazards
- Responding promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents
- Assisting with the investigation of incidents and providing witness statements
- Maintaining accurate logs and documentation of all security-related activities
- Enforcing company policies and regulations related to security
- Working closely with other security staff and law enforcement agencies
Qualifications
- Accredited Security Guarding qualification (Level 2 or higher)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
- Strong physical fitness and alertness
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain calm in emergency situations
- Proficiency in the use of security equipment, including surveillance systems and communication devices
- Clear criminal record and ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS Check
