Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Tadlow, Royston location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent and detect unauthorized activity
- Respond to and investigate alarms and other security incidents
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Control access to restricted areas and issue entry/exit permits
- Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Security Officer preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
