Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Tetbury. Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect suspicious activities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and incident reporting
- Conduct routine security inspections of buildings, equipment, and vehicles
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Maintain and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control devices
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Write and submit detailed security reports and incident logs
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and security trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding conditions
- Working knowledge of security systems and equipment
- SIA Security Officer License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Clean criminal record and background check
