Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Thirsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises, including the use of surveillance cameras and access cards
- Patrol the premises on a regular basis to identify and deter any potential threats
- Respond to alarms and investigate suspicious activity
- Report incidents and security breaches to management
- Provide escort services for employees and visitors
- Lock and secure the premises at the end of each day
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with all applicable security regulations and policies
Qualifications
- SIA Security Guarding License (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience working in a security role, preferably in a commercial setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
