Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Thorley, Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and grounds
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Check identification and access credentials
- Report security incidents and findings to management
- Maintain security equipment and systems
- Assist with crowd control and traffic management
- Provide customer service and assist visitors
- Keep accurate records and document all security-related activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Strong physical and mental fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of security equipment and systems
- SIA-approved security license
- First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
