Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join its team in Tuxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the company's premises, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises, including checking identification, issuing passes, and escorting visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond promptly to security incidents, such as alarms, break-ins, and unauthorized entry
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment by monitoring and controlling crowd behavior
- Operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Investigate security breaches and incidents and prepare reports
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Clean driving record
