Overview
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of security solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in West Wickham, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct security checks, searches, and screenings as necessary
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
- Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
- Maintain detailed logs and reports on security-related activities
- Collaborate with other security officers and law enforcement as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience as a security officer
- Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or willingness to obtain one preferred
