Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security protection and maintain a safe and secure environment at its Wigton facility.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to security breaches, incidents, and emergencies
Perform routine patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter
Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials
Conduct security checks of vehicles, personnel, and packages
Maintain and operate security equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
Prepare and submit security reports and incident logs
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders
Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
Adhere to all company security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Security Officer preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Basic knowledge of security technology and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SIA license or willingness to obtain one
Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
