Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Wilby, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises, including vehicle and pedestrian gates
- Conduct regular patrols of the site, both indoors and outdoors, to identify and respond to potential security threats
- Monitor CCTV footage and report any suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Prepare and maintain security reports and incident logs
- Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
- Control and manage visitors and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Conduct security checks on employees and visitors to prevent unauthorized access
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Qualifications:
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent security certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
- Strong physical fitness and alertness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing incidents and responding to emergencies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security equipment
- Knowledge of relevant security regulations and protocols
