Description and Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Wilford, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our premises, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors, to prevent unauthorized access or activity
- Conduct thorough searches of visitors and property as necessary
- Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious behavior
- Document and report incidents, observations, and patrols
- Assist law enforcement and emergency personnel as required
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Provide customer service to visitors and staff
- Stay abreast of security trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a security role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
- Excellent physical condition and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and laws
- Clean criminal record
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
