EarnFlex Ltd. is a reputable company seeking a highly motivated Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized entry or activity
Operate security cameras and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious behavior
Inspect and maintain security systems, including access control systems, alarms, and CCTV
Respond promptly to security breaches and incidents
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Report suspicious activities or security concerns to management
Conduct background checks on visitors and employees
Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience working as a Security Officer
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observation and reporting skills
Proficient in using security equipment and technology
Physical fitness and ability to perform patrols and respond to incidents
Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
