Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, enforcing security policies and procedures
- Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and take appropriate action
- Control access to restricted areas and protect company assets
- Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity or hazards
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors
- Report any breaches or violations of security measures
- Maintain and operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Complete security logs and reports accurately and promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of security principles, procedures, and regulations
- Experience in using security equipment, such as surveillance systems and access control devices
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification preferred
