Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our Wragby site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, surveillance techniques, and emergency response protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks
- Perform access control duties, including verifying identification and escorting visitors
- Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control equipment
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including evacuations, medical emergencies, and potential threats
- Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology
- Physical fitness and agility to perform required duties
- Understanding of relevant security regulations and best practices
- Clean criminal record and driving license
