Description Overview
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer (DS + CCTV) to join our team in Brislington, Bristol. Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems, including reviewing and analyzing footage
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Report and investigate security breaches and suspicious activities
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained security control room
- Work closely with other security personnel, including local law enforcement
Qualifications
- SIA Security Guarding Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of security best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- CCTV monitoring experience preferred
- Experience in a corporate security environment a plus
