Security Officer Job Responsibilities in Banbury:

• Monitor and control access to the building and surrounding areas
• Conduct routine patrols to identify any suspicious activity or breaches of security
• Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Report any concerns or incidents to management
• Assist with fire drills and emergency evacuations
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees

Security Officer Job Qualifications:

• Security Industry Authority (SIA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent physical condition and awareness
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• First Aid certification preferred
