Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to protect our premises and assets in Fenny Stratford, Bletchley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to designated areas
- Perform physical security checks of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Conduct regular patrols on foot or via CCTV surveillance
- Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to appropriate authorities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate security logs and documentation
- Assist with crowd control and traffic management as needed
- Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Security Officer
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and protocols
- Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and agility to perform extended patrols and respond to emergencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current SIA license or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
