The full-time position requires an adept individual to enforce company policies and regulations and safeguard against internal and external threats while prioritizing excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce security protocols and safety policies within assigned areas to protect personnel, premises, and assets
• Monitor access, conduct patrols, and observe activities to ensure compliance and detect threats
• Control traffic flow to ensure smooth and safe entry into and around premises
• Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing assistance or directing emergency services
• Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain records as evidence for future analysis
• Maintain excellent communications with colleagues, supervisors, and law enforcement
• Provide exceptional customer service to all parties, creating a secure and welcoming environment
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and new technology related to security

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a Security Officer or comparable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse parties
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Physical fitness and mental alertness necessary for extended patrols and handling emergency situations
• Proficiency with security surveillance equipment including CCTV or access control systems
• Excellent written and verbal reporting ability
• Current First Aid and Emergency Response certificates are desirable.
