Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Fakenham, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining security and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and inspect buildings and grounds to ensure security
- Monitor security cameras and other surveillance systems
- Respond to and investigate security incidents promptly
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular fire and safety inspections
- Report any suspicious activities or potential threats
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational and analytical abilities
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
- Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
