Security Officer in Heighington

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Heighington Village site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the site, including interior and exterior areas
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alerts
• Control access to the site and ensure that only authorized individuals enter
• Perform background checks and issue visitor passes
• Conduct security audits and identify potential risks
• Report and investigate security incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Current SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
• Strong physical condition and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and security systems
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
