Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Inverness. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring compliance with security protocols
• Conduct bag and individual searches for contraband or suspicious items
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner
• Report and document all incidents, observations, and activities
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Assist with crowd control and emergency situations
• Conduct security audits and prepare reports on security risks and vulnerabilities
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging security threats
• Cooperate with local law enforcement and emergency responders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and endurance to perform daily duties
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
