Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to management
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of fire safety procedures
- Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
- Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
- Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Valid SIA license or ability to obtain one
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
