EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a security officer to join our team in Oxford. The ideal applicant will be responsible for safeguarding the safety and security of our facilities and workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated locations to prevent unauthorised entry.
• Enforce firm security policies and procedures, such as access control and monitoring.
• Respond to alarms, problems, and crises quickly and effectively.
• Perform frequent security checks and inspections on equipment and access points.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Stay current on security best practices and industry standards.
   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.
• Responsibilities include being attentive, responsive, and capable of working alone and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness is also required for emergency response.
