Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our workplace in Sudbrooke, Lincoln, UK. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Investigate incidents, report observations, and prepare incident reports
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Protect property and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access
- Maintain order and deter unruly individuals
- Liaise with law enforcement and external security providers as necessary
- Participate in training and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong ability to communicate and report clearly and effectively
- Physical fitness and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security systems and best practices
- Current SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one within the allotted time frame
- First Aid certification
