Security Officer in Waddington

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a Security Officer to join our team in Waddington. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the site, both internally and externally
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control
• Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct security checks on visitors and employees
• Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents and observations
• Support other departments as needed, including loss prevention and human resources

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness to perform duties effectively
• Current security industry license (SIA)
