EarnFlex Ltd is recruiting an experienced Security Officer for a static site in Bath, UK. This is a full-time permanent night shift role for SIA-licensed professionals seeking stable employment in the UK security sector, with an immediate start.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, preventing unauthorised access, and ensuring a visible and vigilant presence on site.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the static site

Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and any suspicious activity

Maintain accurate incident logs and complete daily reports using digital tools

Ensure a professional and vigilant presence on site at all times

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence

Valid DBS check

Previous experience as a Security Officer or Security Guard preferred

Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and available for regular night shifts
