EarnFlex Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Officer for a static site in Bristol, UK. This is a full-time permanent night shift role for SIA-licensed professionals, offering stable, long-term employment with an immediate start.

As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment, prevent unauthorised access, and ensure a visible and vigilant presence on site.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to maintain the safety and security of the site

Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activity

Maintain accurate incident logs and complete daily reports using digital systems

Ensure a professional and vigilant on-site presence at all times

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence

Valid DBS check

Previous experience as a Security Officer or Security Guard preferred

Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work regular night shifts
