Security Officer – Durham
Full-Time | Night Shifts | Immediate Start
EarnFlex Ltd is recruiting an experienced Security Officer for a static site in Durham, UK. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role, offering stable and long-term security officer jobs in Durham for SIA-licensed professionals.
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, preventing unauthorised access, and ensuring a consistent and professional presence on site throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols to maintain the safety and security of the site
Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and any suspicious activity
Maintain accurate incident logs and complete daily reports
Provide a professional, vigilant, and visible presence on site at all times
Requirements
Valid SIA Licence
Valid DBS check
Previous experience in security officer or security guard roles preferred
Confident using IT systems and reporting tools
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
