Security Officer – Lincoln
Full-Time | Night Shifts | Immediate Start
EarnFlex Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Officer for a static site in Lincoln, UK. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role for SIA-licensed professionals looking for long-term security officer jobs in Lincoln.
As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment, prevent unauthorised access, and ensure a consistent and professional presence throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain the safety and security of the static site
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and any suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate incident logs and complete daily reports using digital systems
- Ensure a professional, vigilant, and visible presence on site at all times
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence
- Valid DBS check
- Previous experience in security officer or security guard roles preferred
- Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
