Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Security Officer to join our team at a corporate client site. The role requires a strong customer service approach combined with security expertise.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday
Morning Shifts
Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence
- Additional concierge/front-of-house training
- Experience in corporate client service, incident management, and evacuation procedures
- Strong understanding of access control and visitor management systems
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar security role (corporate or front-of-house environment preferred)
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to security and client service
- Professional appearance and strong customer-facing manner
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and preventing incidents
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Flexible and dependable, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
