Security Officer – Norwich

EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our Norwich team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety of our staff, visitors, and property by carrying out regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, and responding quickly to any security issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems effectively
- Control site access and verify visitor identification
- Respond promptly to incidents and complete accurate reports
- Support safety procedures and maintain security equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Physically fit, dependable, and professional in appearance
- First Aid or CPR certification preferred
