Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Security Officer to join our team at a corporate client site. The role requires a strong customer service approach combined with security expertise.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday

Morning Shifts

Key Requirements:

Valid SIA licence
Additional concierge/front-of-house training
Experience in corporate client service, incident management, and evacuation procedures
Strong understanding of access control and visitor management systems
Proof of right to work in the UK
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar security role (corporate or front-of-house environment preferred)

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to security and client service
Professional appearance and strong customer-facing manner
Proactive approach to identifying risks and preventing incidents
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Flexible and dependable, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
