EarnFlex Ltd is recruiting an experienced Security Officer for a static site in York, UK. This is a full-time, permanent night shift opportunity for SIA-licensed professionals seeking stable, long-term employment with an immediate start.
 

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, preventing unauthorised access, and ensuring a consistent and professional on-site presence throughout the night. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to maintain the safety and security of the static site

Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and any suspicious activity

Maintain accurate incident logs and complete daily reports using digital systems

Ensure a professional, vigilant, and visible presence on site at all times
 

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence

Valid DBS check

Previous experience in security officer or security guard roles preferred

Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
