Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

EarnFlex UK Ltd. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our London office. This role involves interfacing with clients to capture business goals, collaborating with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions and leading solution deployment on customer sites. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, supporting business development, leading product deployments and driving innovative strategies in various focus industries.
 

Key Responsibilities

This role requires the individual to wear multiple hats, including business analysis, marketing, sales,

customer relationship management and product deployment to support EarnFlex on its high growth journey.  

Key responsibilities include:
 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and work alongside technical teams to craft solutions
• Develop, execute and maintain customer product and service deployment plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional project delivery
• Lead on project and product deployments on customer sites, including change management activities
• Conduct site visits on customer sites to ensure quality service delivery for both IT solutions and security services
• Contribute to new business growth by supporting marketing, proposal development and client presentations.
• Leverage expertise in specific industries such as Facilities Management, Security, Power & Utilities, Construction, Manufacturing and Telecommunications
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business management or similar
• Minimum of 2 years business analysis experience in consulting or industry within UK and European markets.
• Proven ability to define and document business and solution requirements for IT systems
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-vendor, client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated skills in business development, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working with SCRUM/agile methodologies
