Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Urgent Required Security Officer to join our team in Hereford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, including entrances, exits, and common areas
• Control access to restricted areas and enforce security protocols
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Conduct security checks on employees, visitors, and contractors
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
• Adhere to all relevant security regulations and standards
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required

Qualifications

• SIA Security Officer License (minimum level 2)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
