Security companies actively promote and recruit women because they recognize the correlation between diversity and business success. Female security officers perform well under pressure, adopt a collaborative and empathetic approach, seek to resolve disputes through dialogue and understanding, and are excellent team players. The security industry can benefit immensely from greater inclusion of women. The benefits of diversifying the security workforce are clear. However, the question remains: how can we attract more women into the security industry? Flexible working opportunities are a great way to attract female talent in the industry. EarnFlex strongly supports flexible working to attract a diverse workforce and regularly posts numerous flexible working opportunities on its platform.nbsp; The free SIA operative course is an excellent opportunity for females to get into a security career.
